If your sunglasses break within the first 6 months of ownership we will send you a new pair. All we ask is that you contact us with a photo of your broken sunglasses and an explaination of what happened. Just pay shipping and we'll take care of you.

At the end of each year we will calculate based on our sales how much to donate. $1 from each goes to National Park Association while $1 goes to the Surfrider Foundation. We will notify our patrons when that takes place and name them on the donation.

Our packaging is 100% recycled materials. Our shirts are produced on ethically produced blanks. Our posters are printed on recycled paper in Philedelphia. Our pennants are hand made in Philedelphia. Our stickers and pins are made in the united states. Our cases are leather, not plastic. Our sunglasses are produced ethically in small batches with acetate. Acetate is a plant-based material, and studies have shown that it can biodegrade, depending on where and how it is discarded.
